البيانات التي نستخدمها
نستخدم البريد الإلكتروني والاسم وصورة الحساب الاختيارية وبيانات تسجيل الدخول ومعرّف الحساب. نسجل الغرف والعضويات والتصويت والطلبات والفواتير وتفاصيل الدفع التي تضيفها وإثباتات الدفع والصور التي تختار رفعها. قد تعالج خدماتنا عنوان الإنترنت وبيانات الجهاز ورمز الإشعارات وسجلات التشغيل والأمان.
Data we use
We use your email address, display name, optional profile image, sign-in information and account identifier. We store rooms, memberships, votes, orders, bills, payment details you enter, payment proofs and images you choose to upload. Our services may process IP addresses, device information, notification tokens and operational/security logs.
الغرض ومشاركة بيانات اللمة
تُستخدم البيانات لتسجيل الدخول وتنظيم اللمة وحساب الأنصبة ومراجعة إثباتات الدفع وإرسال رسائل التحقق والإشعارات وحماية الخدمة. يشاهد أعضاء الغرفة المعلومات المرتبطة باللمة حسب صلاحياتهم، ويشاهد مسؤول اللمة تفاصيل الطلبات والحساب والإثباتات اللازمة للمراجعة. لا ترفع معلومات بنكية أو شخصية غير لازمة؛ يمكنك إخفاؤها من الصور قبل رفعها. التطبيق ينظم الدفع بين الأعضاء ولا ينفذ التحويل البنكي بنفسه.
Purpose and group visibility
We use data to authenticate you, coordinate groups, calculate bill shares, review payment proofs, deliver verification messages and notifications, and protect the service. Room members see group information according to their permissions; the room organizer sees the order, billing and proof details needed for review. Remove unnecessary bank or personal information from images before uploading them. The app coordinates member payments; it does not execute bank transfers.
مقدمو الخدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي
نعتمد على مقدمي الاستضافة والتخزين والبريد والإشعارات لتشغيل الخدمة، بما في ذلك Brevo للبريد وOneSignal للإشعارات. إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google أو Apple تُعالج بيانات تسجيل الدخول اللازمة لهذه العملية. عند استخدام ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي المفعلة، قد تُرسل صور الفواتير ونصوص الطلبات وأسماء المشاركين المرتبطة بها إلى مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي Groq لقراءة الفاتورة أو تلخيص الطلبات أو اقتراح مطابقة الأصناف. راجع النتائج قبل اعتمادها. قد يعالج مقدمو الخدمة البيانات خارج بلدك وفق سياساتهم.
Service providers and AI
We rely on hosting, storage, email and notification providers to operate the service, including Brevo for email and OneSignal for notifications. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the information needed for that sign-in is processed. When enabled AI features are used, receipt images, order text and associated participant names may be sent to our AI provider Groq to read receipts, summarize orders or suggest item matches. Review results before confirming them. Providers may process data outside your country under their policies.
الصلاحيات والتحكم
تُطلب الكاميرا أو الصور عند التقاط أو اختيار صورة للحساب أو الفاتورة أو إثبات الدفع. يمكنك رفض الصلاحيات أو إلغاؤها من إعدادات الجهاز. يمكنك تغيير الاسم والصورة واللغة وتفضيلات الإشعارات داخل التطبيق، وإيقاف إشعارات النظام من إعدادات الجهاز.
Permissions and controls
Camera or photo access is requested when you capture or choose an image for your profile, a receipt or payment proof. You can refuse or revoke permissions in device settings. You can edit your name, image, language and notification preferences in the app, and disable system notifications in device settings.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات اللازمة لتشغيل حسابك وتاريخ اللمة وتسوية الالتزامات والأمان. لحذف الحساب افتح حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب وأكّد هويتك. إذا كنت مسؤول غرفة نشطة انقل المسؤولية أو أغلق الغرفة أولًا. يؤدي الحذف إلى تعطيل الحساب وإلغاء الجلسات وحذف بيانات الدخول واستبدال الاسم والبريد ببيانات مستعارة. قد تبقى سجلات الحساب والالتزامات المشتركة والتدقيق باسم عضو محذوف لحفظ حقوق بقية الأعضاء. قد تستغرق إزالة النسخ الاحتياطية والملفات وقتًا إضافيًا. يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب أو البيانات عبر البريد أعلاه من البريد المسجل بالحساب؛ نتحقق من ملكيتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
Retention and account deletion
We retain data needed for your account, group history, outstanding obligations and security. To delete your account, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and verify your identity. A master of an active room must first transfer responsibility or close the room. Deletion disables the account, revokes sessions, removes sign-in credentials and replaces your name and email with pseudonymous values. Shared billing, outstanding obligations and audit records may remain under a deleted-member identity to preserve other members’ records. Backup and file removal may take additional time. You can also request account or data deletion by emailing us from your registered address; we verify ownership before acting.
